论坛内合租苹果证书被骗？

去年年底我购买了半年服务，前几天到期后又续费了一年，费用是 70 元。但从续费第二天开始，证书就失效了，导致无法正常使用。已联系卖家处理，但截至目前已经 14 个小时未收到任何回复。
